Neat idea! I like it. We have been doing a lot of quizes recently., but I like the idea of basing it on one book.
Thanks.

Good article, my reason for reading and researching today is because I'm a dad trying to make a positive difference in all kids life in schools.
I have been volunteering for the past 3years here in Desosto School District.
I run into more fragmented administrators and teachers all because I spend a lot of time reading the laws and rights of education for students. At this present time I'm trying to get support from the males to kids in this district to become involved by voluteering thier time in the classroom off the field.
If the person or persons responsiable for this article can please contact me ,I sure could usa the help in putting an PIO{Parent Involve Organiation} together, not PTA/PTO.
My contact info. is 469-337-6581.

Hi Pat, yeah, the comment posted just fine. I'm not sure on the error message you got.

The next few units of Fae's History (really, Geography) start to focus on specific countries, so I'll look at incorporating some of the more commercial concepts if she can handle it.

Thanks Julie. We're finding that Fae's a much more kinesthetic learner, so even the crafts involved with our curriculum just aren't movement-based enough. This at least got her out of the house and in her element.

Her pre-school was in the middle of downtown, so she's been raised on good public transit and city-walks.
